FUNCTIONS
public and social functions, oriented towards architects and professionals of related activities
building is equipped with absolutely all necessary equipment
CURATORS
curator’s functions: client’s attraction, economic and legal security of participants, process administration, educational activities in the form of conferences, lectures and other public events organization
PARTICIPANTS
potential candidates: young professionals at the beginning of the professional activity organized in small groups (architectural bureaus)
conditions of obtaining work space - selection based on interview results,
portfolio
obtaining a work space is a form of a grant: it is free for participants, but as a partial compensation of project maintenance and development costs are important and mandatory condition is participating in social projects, connected with education and healthcare.
commercial and social projects ratio for participants is defined in proportion and equals 50/50
all commercial contracts imply accounting in the form of official payments. legal entities of participants have to be registered in Russian Federation (in case if the contractor is non-RF resident, all financial activity is carried out through intermediary company or own local representative, having a tax registration in RF. using offshore companies or other schemes of evasion of tax accounting is ruled out)
all social projects contracts are signed through curators of the startup and do not imply any benefit for participants
project participant status is confirmed yearly in the form of activities progress report with demonstration of evident and tangible results
work space distribution among work groups depends on the number of participants:
LEVEL VI: 6 modules x 5 persons + 2 common meeting rooms + 2 pre-function zones with workplaces
LEVEL V: 4 modules x 10 persons + 2 pre-function zones with workplaces
LEVEL IV: 2 modules x 20 persons + 2 pre-function zones with workplaces
system implies level transition according to increase of the number of participants in the group
PERIOD OF PARTICIPATION: up to five years
STRUCTURE OF THE BUILDING
to provide at each level:
- bathrooms with WC (no less than 4, including one for people with limited mobility)
- elevator hall (3 elevators, including one with 2200 mm depth)
- emergency staircase with own exit (no less than 2)
